Day 1, well what can I say?

I did the 5 minute audio mediation, which is something I’ve never done before, and felt quite emotional afterwards. It made me realize that it’s been a very long time since I’ve actually made the decision to do something on my own.

I’m always happy having family and friends around and wouldn’t have it any other way, but I think I rely on their company too much. I normally only want my own company when I’m upset but the 5 minute mediation made me feel good!
