Well, yesterday was a very hectic day with ups and downs but I still managed to focus on some meditation and notes in my book. I’ve found it makes a difference just finding some time for yourself; small things make such a difference.
Today is a more happier day all round. I’m still busy. Even though the emergency meditation was brilliant I’ve realized it wasn’t enough and didn’t want to open my eyes. But it still helps.

I hope it was a happy weekend indeed for you, Lesley. It can be incredibly challenging to craft any more than two minutes for ourselves sometimes, I know. But in what Sally says here, I believe wholeheartedly. When an avalanche of work and things happens, focus on what feels good, what is positive and go beyond; above all, be fully present in each and every thing you do. Each of these little things may be a little meditation in itsself.
