I’ve had to stop myself and rephrase things a lot in the last 24 hours. It’s been revealing to notice how often I was thinking “I’m worried about” or the times I focused on the negative side when I was talking about things. It’s amazing how all the little things add up to stress us out. So it’s been really good to put things into perspective. And gradually throughout, I’ve started to feel less stressed. I’m no longer worried about things – just a tad concerned :)
