“Remember that the most valuable antiques are dear old friends.” – H. Jackson Brown, Jr.
Today’s task is to simply pick up the phone and chat to someone you haven’t spoken to in a while. Maybe it is an old school friend, a family member you haven’t spoken to recently, or even somebody you saw regularly – at the gym, at work, at a group – that you haven’t had contact with due to social distancing. Whoever it is, get in touch and reconnect. However long you like!
