Motivational Music

What better way than to kick-start our Motivational Mondays with a boost from the power of music? During this tricky time at home, we can look for the tools we have available at home to lift our mood and motivate us to make the most of the day ahead.

Luckily, there is a very simple thing that can help: music. In fact, it has been shown that listening to positive, uplifting music activates the part of the brain that is responsible for reward and positive emotion. So it is time to add a little music to our Monday!

Put together your very own ‘Motivational Songs’ playlist. Whether you do it on Spotify, iTunes, or even burn yourself a CD, get those songs in one place and have a listen for Monday Motivation! (If you need a little inspiration, check out this playlist or other ‘motivational’ or ‘happy’ playlists on Spotify)
