Being part of the 21 Days has been a great experience. I have really enjoyed being a Hero.

I don’t think anyone can ever be 100% happy and no matter what we do there are certain aspects in our lives that are out of our control that create sadness, fear and unhappiness. The action and word I find most powerful is POSITIVITY… the power to remain positive in the worst of situations can lead to inner happiness and help us cope with unhappiness.

I really think that POSITIVITY is something we all need to work on…. negative thoughts are unhealthy and a complete waste of energy!

Now, I’m going to breathe!

    Geri, you’ve hit the nail on the head. Finding positivity within the situation you’re going through. Much easier said than done but a little easier learning how to do that through the tools offered up in the Happyness hub toolkit xx
