Today’s Simple Sunday focus is about a very basic need – sleep. During uncertain times, it’s important we do what we can to make sure we are practicing good sleep hygiene.

But why? Ensuring good sleep is actually essential for our mental wellbeing. Long term, poor sleep patterns have been linked to low mood, feelings of helplessness as well as loneliness.

So with this in mind, why not have a look and prepare for bedtime!

The Sleep Council have some great resources on their website including this questionnaire which, once filled out, will generate a 30 day sleep plan for you. Might be worth a try!
