It’s TAKE-TIME TUESDAY! Tuesdays here at the Happynesshub are all about taking time for yourself – looking after your own body and mind, being kind to yourself and ultimately, practicing self-compassion. At the moment, we may well be worrying about others and focussing on helping those who are vulnerable. However, it is important to take care of our own needs too – and that is where Take-Time Tuesday is here to help!

According to Kristin Neff and Andrew Costigan, treating oneself with care and compassion enhances wellbeing and enables us to cope with life’s struggles more easily. And so, every Tuesday, here at the Happynesshub, we are taking time for ourselves.
