Well – I am impressed! Vlog! Glad you are choosing happiness despite the weather – you will need that approach back in England and I will definitely use it with my trip to Sardinia in 10days

How true about happyness relating to the weather. Last night there was an incredible thunderstorm, monsoon like rain, loud musical rumbles of thunder, flashes of lightning so bright it could be a thousand camera flashes. Was I happy?? This woke me up many times from a deep sleep, I didn’t feel upset or annoyed that I was disturbed, but rose and looked out at the wonder of nature. I was worried about my plants, how were they coping within deluge, tended with love and patience could they withstand such an onslaught? Finally at crack of dawn it subsided, dozy with lack of sleep I noticed that they were still standing. So happyness levels today 9, pleased to have experienced a different night warm and cozy, and not as tired as I thought. Don’t have a preconceived thought of how you are going to feel, live in the moment and be surprised!
I so wish I was there with you and I love the photo of Beppe! I agree with what you are saying, we put so much pressure on ourselves thinking we will only have a good time if X, Y and Z happens and sometimes just having D can be the best time ever and you would have never have expected that (if you catch my drift). Anyway, really hope you enjoy the rest of your holiday, you look amazing by the way!
