That’s me – Head of Happiness as Tim calls me! I have a TV company and I passionately believe film is a wonderful medium of communication. So as the Happynesshub grows so will our video archive. Starting with our 21 days to Happiness package.

These are my good friends and colleagues who are treading the journey alongside you and me.

Marta is the founder of The Yoga Project and teaches yoga, meditation and relaxation in London, New York and across Europe. Her passion is supporting people to overcome the stresses of modern life and navigate their way through life’s challenges. British Wheel of Yoga trained, and specialising in working with addiction, depression and cancer, Marta brings her joyous spirit and intimate approach to all she touches. Marta says she has become consciously happy and content since she started taking her destiny into her own hands. Sally says she’s seen Marta’s happiness grow since she discovered British cuisine (Marta is Polish).

TimD has a degree in chemistry and since leaving uni has been working in TV, largely with children. With his exacting approach and challenging attitude he likes to see evidence, whilst at the same time is fascinated by the magic of the happiness of young children who live in the moment. Sally would say TimD enters some of the happiness research with a cynical hat on. Marta would say TimD is always happy he just doesn’t realise it. TimD says, ‘winning a BAFTA made me happy’. Go figure!

Catherine studied social sciences and went on to do an MA in TV journalism. She too started her career in the media and whilst at uni founded The Media Mind, a website offering mental health news for those in the media. She has had an interest in emotional wellbeing from a young age and is fascinated by how we empower ourselves to make better choices. Catherine has carried out much of the research for our 21 Days to Happiness Package – and says she has had much fun doing so. Oh and Catherine is always smiling!

TimF is in charge of speaking to experts around the globe and delving deeper into the science of happiness and wellbeing. With his enquiring mind, TimF has a degree in engineering – and started adult life as a university researcher working on robots, before becoming a school teacher.

He then moved on to deliver a raft of TV shows, and currently mixes his time between TV and happiness. Roast dinners and lie-ins make him happy!
