Today’s the day – it’s THURSDAY THOUGHTS. As we near the end of the working week, during this heightened climate, we all no doubt will have plenty to reflect on. Together, let’s get our minds into gear and think positively about what we can be grateful for. Thursday Thoughts recognises the value in thinking out loud and thinking with positivity and gratitude.

In fact, research by the psychologist Philip Watkins suggests that by amplifying the good in our lives and expressing gratitude, we can enhance our future wellbeing, increase positive emotional experiences, and build our ability to cope with challenging experiences.

So let’s look for the positives in our lives at the moment and, importantly, be grateful for them.
