EMOTIONAL ACCEPTANCE
For today’s Thursday Thoughts, we are going to look at emotional acceptance. Sometimes we might feel stressed, or sad, and for many of us, we’ve been conditioned to berate ourselves for feeling like this.
However, our emotions are there for a reason and to serve a purpose. They signal to us what we should stay away from and what we should approach, they help us keep lasting relationships and they aid our decision-making. It’s good to accept all our emotions, whatever
they may be, and learn to instead, sit with them and embrace them.
So let’s get into a little emotional acceptance.
