MINDFUL MOVEMENT
To end our lovely mindful Wednesday Wisdoms, we are going to explore the technique of mindful movement. For those who struggle with traditional still meditations, this may be a great way to incorporate mindfulness into your routine!
One of the best ways to explore mindful movement is through Yoga – a practice that originated in India over 5000 years ago. Regular practice calms the mind and strengthens the body, and can be suitable for all, regardless of fitness – it is just about finding an appropriate level.
