    My tip for today: Follow your breath with your awareness and keep coming back to the it every time the mind wonders away. This is the nature of the mind, so rather than fighing it, repetitively redirect the flow of your thoughts to the breath. You may not even notice, when the flow of your thoughts slows down…

    I find switching everything off and leaving it out of reach to help focus the mind and remove distractions…
