Breathing is something that we all do but breathing awareness is a type of meditation. After setting aside time to practice mindful breathing, you’ll find it easier to focus your mind. You may find that your mind wanders a hundred of times, or just a few. But you should gently and firmly bring your attention back to the breath. Hi Hannah. Thanks for the suggestion. My mind is always wandering so I’m always looking for tips to focus on meditation. I’ll take a look and see how it goes.
