Really hard. Our lives are so busy and there’s always something to occupy our minds – whether it’s work or family or other commitments. So it’s been really helpful to take 15 minutes out to stop and calm our minds with the meditations. Those 15 minutes have easily paid for themselves, making me that much more equipped to face the stresses of the day.
