I started the day off with 5 minutes meditation (I’m working up to more), which was a good start. Then I hit a bad spot after lunch. But now I’m feeling so much better – positive focus helped – wow! Wish I’d done this years ago.

Hello Lesley. I am glad the positive focus helped. It really helped me today as my day has the potential to spiral out of control! By nature, we are all a little anxious of the unknown, but if you treat the whole thing of meditation as a curious enquiry, you are up for a really fascinating journey.
