As a member of the emergency services, working long shifts and fitting family life in around other demands can be challenging. I’ve also lived with a condition called Dysthymia for the past 20 years, which is a form of chronic depression. I’m also Buddhist.
What does this mean for me? It means that I am more determined to surround myself with positivity, mindfulness and effective relaxation techniques. This is where the Happynesshub is perfect for me.
