I bumped into a friend this morning and she was feeling a bit down about some results she was awaiting.

During our chat I thought about today’s word POSITIVITY and what it truly meant.

I found myself saying to her ‘stay positive’. She said it wasn’t easy and I could empathise with her.

I then said that whatever the outcome is being and feeling positive will help her through what she may or may not have to face.

She said ‘yes, you are right’ ‘what will being negative achieve’?….nothing is the answer.
